Pre-Funding Reviews within 48 Hours

MCA can offer any level of detail you need for your pre-funding review. Our goal is to have your pre-funding reviews back to you in 48 hours or sooner. You will receive an in depth report containing detailed information about any findings, as well as an overall loan score and loan risk score.

Monthly management reports with trend tracking
At the end of each month, MCA will compile all the individual findings into one detailed pre-funding management report. This management report will also include trend tracking to allow you to implement procedures into your process to eliminate future findings.

Typically, our pre-funding audits fall into one of three categories: Focus Reviews, Standard Pre-Funding Review, or Solution Pre-Funding Review.

Standard Pre-Funding Review

Our standard pre-funding review will satisfy the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac pre-funding requirement. MCA also has added additional items to review that we feel necessary. These are such items as TILA and RESPA compliance. We then review and submit our interpretations and recommendations on how to correct any negative findings.

The items recommended by Fannie Mae for review are:

• Data entered into an automated underwriting system
• Borrower Social Security number(s) used to verify borrower identity
• Income calculations and supporting documentation
• Employment – verbal verification of employment
• Assets needed to close or meet reserve requirements
• Appraisal or other property valuation data
• Documentation of adequate mortgage insurance coverage

Solution Pre-Funding Review

Our highest level of pre-funding review consists of all the services in our standard pre-funding review and can include solution to any additional level of detail you require. We can even conduct the same detailed extensive audit we provide on our post-closing audits, or add any ‘hot button’ items your company desires.
